Check the model number on the production label under the seat of the chair. The model number starts with a chain of letters and numbers like this= AS1SA22. The letter that follows this chain defines the arm style. For example, the underlined letters below indicate which style arms you have on your Sayl chair:
AS1SA22P = FIXED ARMS
ASISA22H = HGT ADJ ARMS
ASISA22A = FULLY ADJ ARMS
For Sayl chairs made prior to 2016, where the model numbers contain a “P” or “H”, the style changed and the arms will be smaller.
